At Pink Lemons we love our volunteers! Our volunteers play a vital role in helping to create better outcomes and development for our youth. We offer monthly orientations and flexible volunteer hours to work with your schedule. By sharing your skills, talent or simply your time, you can help change the trajectory of a young person's life. All volunteers must undergo background checks.
If you are patient, kind, creative, wish to make a difference and can commit to at least one year of service, download our volunteer application. Still have questions, see or list of FAQs below, or email, Hello@pinklemons.org with "Volunteer Inquiry" in the subject line.

Volunteers are essential to the operation and success of the organization and are needed in many areas. These areas include, but are not limited to, taking inventory of suitcases and mixed items, mentoring, tutoring, supporting office staff or workforce development, teaching restorative justice or financial literacy, coaching an improv class, or helping with script writing, entrepreneurial workshops or special events. No matter what area you ultimately serve in, we always make sure it is a good fit. We also provide a cute t-shirt and whatever training is necessary so that you are comfortable in your chosen role.
As a volunteer, you can commit to one day a week, one day a month or one day a year. Ideally we like to ask volunteers to commit to one year of service and a minimum of 8 hours per month.
We welcome all ages from 12 to adult to volunteer, however, most volunteer opportunities will require a minimum age of 18.
